June 15, 2015  10:46
Delhi Police on Monday conducted a raid on former Delhi law minister Jitender Singh Tomar's office in the fake degree scam.

The police also conducted raids in Rajdhani College of Delhi University and Shivaji College, where he was reportedly enrolled as a student.

A team of police officers also took him to a coaching centre in Rohini to probe whether a fake degree scam was operating there.

Meanwhile, Tomar is likely to be produced before Saket court today in the fake degree case as his two-day extended police custody will end today.

The police is likely to seek extension of his remand claiming that the Trinagar MLA was not cooperating in the investigation and was reluctant to answer questions pertaining to the case.
