An open letter to Mr Chauhan by an FTII student

Film and Television Institute of India students' protest against the appointment of television actor and Bharatiya Janata Party member Gajendra Chauhan as chairman of its governing council entered the fourth day on Monday.

The FTII students' association has alleged that the newly-appointed Chauhan -- a TV actor who played 'Yudhishthir' in popular serial "Mahabharat" -- does not have "vision and stature" of his eminent predecessors to merit his posting by the government.
