"There's a big difference between Congress and BJP; our CM's are independent, we do not give them orders as to what is to be done.

"CM's ne 'Make in India' ki baat ki; kehte bahut accha logo hai, bahut bada sher hai, magar sher ki awaaz sunayi nahin de raha.

"All CMs universally raised the point that although Modi Govt says that they are giving grants to the CMs, as a matter of fact, they (Modi Govt) give money with one hand, take it back from the other."
