Smriti Irani mopped floors in Mumbai, says Cong's Gurudas Kamat

This might be an embarrassment for the Congress.

Speaking at a meeting in Jaipur, Congress member Gurudas Kamat launched a scathing attack against Human Resources Development Minister Smriti Irani, saying that she used to do pocha (she mopped floors). "Her (Irani) family's financial condition was not good; therefore, she worked in a hotel in Versova. Since, Smriti was only 10th pass, she used to mop floors," he said.
