Taking a dig at Rahul Gandhi over his remarks accusing RSS and its ideologues of "systematically promoting mediocre people in the system", BJP wondered if the Congress vice president's comment also applied to his party. "Does Rahul Gandhi's statement at FTII, Pune about 'Mediocrity on the Top' also apply to the Congress party," Union Minister Arun Jaitley said in a tweet.
