Tamil Nadu declares July 30 as holiday to condole Kalam's passing

The government of Tamil Nadu has declared July 30 a state holiday as a mark of respect for late former president A P J Abdul Kalam.

The former president, popularly known as India's 'missile man' passed away on July 27 in Shillong.
