Punjab CM Parkash Singh Badal on the Gurdaspur attack: This is very sad, but militancy is a national problem, not state problem.

On being asked if there was a security lapse and whether the government had missed out on intelligence inputs, Badal says, "What input? Terrorists didn't come from Punjab, they came from border. Their (MHA) job is to seal the border. A national policy is needed to tackle terrorism."
