7 minutes! Lok Sabha adjourned after Cong gives notice on Lalit Modi

7 minutes is all it takes for Lok Sabha to be adjourned on the third day of the monsoon session of Parliament. Congress gives adjournment notice in the house on the Lalit Modi issue.

Yesterday, it was a complete washout for both houses. The opposition aggressively pressed for the ouster of external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj and Rajasthan chief minister Vasundhara Raje and also Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The government has said that Swaraj was willing to make a statement in Parliament but the Opposition's stand is that she should first step down and then explain her stand.
