As heavy rains brought life in Mumbai to a standstill yet again, actor Neha Dhupia tweeted to slam the government that has failed to tackle the issue repeatedly.

One rain n the city comes to a standstill. Good governance is not about selfies n makin us do yoga,its making sure ur citizens r safe, she tweeted.

With this Twitter post, which has been retweeted over 900 times, Dhupia was among the top trends in the country.
