Congress to move adjournment motions in both houses tomorrow

Rajya Sabha adjourned till 12.30 pm, set to resume any time now. A total of 11 bills are expected to be introduced in the Parliament for discussion during the Monsoon Session. The controversial land bill that has faced fierce opposition from members of the House is likely to be among them. If the government failed to introduce the land bill in this session, they are likely to take the ordinance route once again.

The Congress has decided to disrupt the house from tomorrow. For today, it's protests and sloganeering at the Gandhi statue outside Parliament. Congress MPs and party workers wearing black arm bands are at the Gandhi statue. The Congress has said it will move adjournment motions in both houses tomorrow.
