Expelled Aam Aadmi Party leader Prashant Bhushan lashed out at Arvind Kejriwal, calling him "shameless" and a "hypocrite", after the Delhi Chief Minister said he would be happy if the activist-lawyer, along with Yogendra Yadav, returned to the party fold.

In a tweet, Bhushan said that "after abusing" and "orchestrating a physical attack" by his lawmakers at an important party meeting in March, "Kejriwal wants us back! Hypocrite Shameless!"

Bhushan, one of the founder members of the Aam Aadmi Party, had rebelled against the party leadership, raising questions over an array of issues in the organisation including Kejriwal's leadership. This also included giving tickets to controversial persons.
