Jammu listens in to Shiv Kumar Sharma's santoor while waiting for PM's 70,000 cr package

Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma plays the santoor during the PM's visit to the state. The PM is attending the centenary celebrations for state leader Girdhari Lal Dogra, who was finance minister several times, in Jammu . He is accompanied by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.

PM Modi is likely to announce a mega development package of around Rs 70,000 crore for the state today. He is also likely to announce an All India Institute for Medical Sciences or AIIMS for the Jammu region.
