Heartening to see Sumit Nagal win at Wimbledon: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said it was very heartening to see Sumit Nagal win the boys doubles trophy at the junior Grand Slam at Wimbledon.

"It was very heartening to see Sumit Nagal win at @Wimbledon. Congrats & best wishes to this young sportsman. @nagalsumit," Prime Minister Modi said on twitter.

Nagal and his Vietnamese partner Nam Hoang Ly overcame fourth seeds Reilly Opelka and Akira Santillan 7-6(4), 6-4.
