Sensex opens in red, Nifty below 8,500

BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty opened in red owing to feeble regional cues amid continuing Greece debt crisis. The Sensex traded 206.75 points down to 27,964.94, while the Nifty sunk 71.60 points down at 8439.20.
