15,000 pilgrims to Amarnath shrine so far

Amid tight security, the eighth batch comprising 1,770 pilgrims today left from the base camp here to the holy cave shrine of Amarnath in South Kashmir Himalayas. With today's batch, as many as 15,602 pilgrims have so far left from Jammu base camp for Amarnath shrine.
