So, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi is back in New Delhi. Rahul called an informal meeting at 4 pm today at his residence to get an update on the Vasundhra Raje-Lalit Modi issue and the way forward during the monsoon session of Parliament.

Senior Congress leaders have denied today's story that the GST bill will be passed in Parliament if the BJP agrees to sack Vasundhara Raje and Sushma Swaraj. A spokesperson told Rediff.com that the story was misleading and the Congress rejected it.

Rahul's return to Delhi has galvanized the cadre. He was in London for 10 days on vacation and is keen to take part in a padyatra in six districts of Rajasthan. Priyanka and Robert Vadra will reach India tomorrow, while Sonia Gandhi returned on Tuesday. Informed sources suggest that after a medical check up, it was family reunion after a long time.
