Cheap electricity, women's security force: AAP's poll promises
January 31, 2015  11:20
The Aam Aadmi Party released its manifesto ahead of the February 7 polls in Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal, the party's chief, released a 70-point programme, promising Delhiites free electricity, free Wi-Fi and a women's security force.

Speaking to the media, Kejriwal said that their manifesto was like the Gita, Bible. "It is holy to us." He added, "The AAP's manifesto is work of 4 months, it's about what kind of Delhi we want. One where low class, middle class and everyone develops."

He also took a potshot at the BJP saying that as the BJP didn't see through any of its promises, it was not even bothering to release a manifesto this time around.
