Rain in Delhi may wash away Air Force flypast at Republic Day parade

Good morning and welcome to our live coverage of India's 66th Republic Day function, where President Barack Obama will be chief guest this morning.

You know that. What you may not know, is that it's raining in Delhi. Which means that Indian Air Force flypast, a highlight of the parade, might be cancelled.

Moreover, the thousands who have braved the Delhi winter to get seats at the parade will be soaked to their skin because security measures forbid carrying umbrellas.
