The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the director and producers of Aamir Khan's 'PK' on the novelist's plea alleging plagiarisation of his novel released in 2013.

Author Kapil Isapuri, whose novel Farishta was released in 2013, claimed he had seen the film on January 1 and found that certain portions of it had been plagiarised from his book.

In his plea, Isapuri has claimed that in his novel he "has criticised the blind following of so-called godmen' and has also said that "the profession of religion is not natural but man-made and artificial".
