Modi to tell envoys to focus on nipping terror funding

More on the envoys' meeting called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in February. Apart from understanding the issues of diplomats face in the country of their posting, Modi is keen to focus on "terror funding" from foreign countries, and has asked each diplomat to collect statistics from local governments and also use their skill to neutralise the sources of terror funding.
