Italian marine's plea transferred to another SC bench

Just In: The Supreme Court has referred murder accused Italian marine Massimiliano Latorre's plea for extending his stay in Italy to another bench for hearing on Wednesday. A bench headed by Chief Justice of India H L Dattu said on Monday that it can't hear the matter as it had made certain observations earlier on an identical plea.
