Modi in Parliament:

"When Mulayam Singh-ji spoke about Assi Ghat cleanliness, I was confused if he was giving report of UP Government or Centre.

"This is a nation that has been built by farmers, rishis, saints, munis, not the govt. It's the public that forms the nation.

"Ideologies may change. Governments come and go. Nation is made by the People, their strength and their Samarth.

"Governments don't make a country, people do."
