Mufti Mohammed Sayeed will be sworn-in as chief minister of the Peoples Democratic Party-Bharatiya Janata Party coalition government in Jammu and Kashmir at 11 amon Sunday. The two parties have finally ironed out their differences -- namely on AFSPA and Article 370.
