I apologise for quitting, Nitish tells Bihar

Nitish Kumar believes his chief ministerial chair is awaiting him. In the wake of Jitan Ram Manjhi stepping down as Bihar CM, Nitish Kumar said his decision to quit office last year was a mistake.

"With folded hands, I apologise to the people of Bihar. Never again will I take such a step. I am ready to lead from the front," he said, to his party men.
