DD can share World Cup feed for free, says SC

Supreme Court stays Delhi HC order asking Prasar Bharati not to share live feed of WC cricket matches with private cable operators.Which in effect means that DD can share World Cup feed for free.

The court earlier stayed the Delhi High Court order that barred Doordarshan from sharing the live feed of the Cup matches with the cable operators, provided to it by Star TV, Feb 10.

The Delhi High Court on Feb 4 had barred Doordarshan from sharing the live feed.
