Why PMO has the best PR cell

At the Niti Aayog meeting on Sunday, chief ministers in attendance were talking about a photograph with the PM that had been taken at an earlier meeting with CMs.
The PMO had handed over the pictures to the CMs. Odisha CM Navin Patnaik is believed to have told Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje Scindia that she looked bright in the photograph.
Scindia, refused to take credit for her looks and said it was the winter sun that should get the credit because that's when people look their best.
Incidentally, only the PMO's official photographer is allowed inside 7 Race Course Road.
The Modi style is clear - even during his CM days in Gandhinagar, Gujarat -- a CD was given to the VVIPs who met Modi - within few minutes of their meeting. That's how well-oiled Modi's PR machine is.
