And moving to Bihar, Rediff.com's M I Khan reports: Janata Dal-United's Nitish Kumar will stake claim to government formation on Sunday, a senior party leader said. The latest development comes after 20 ministers, all loyalists of Nitish Kumar, submitted their resignation to principal secretary to the governor. Former Bihar CM Nitish Kumar was today elected as the head of the JD-U's Legislature Party.Bihar CM Jitan Ram Manjhi had recommended the dissolution of state assembly in the Cabinet meeting that took place today.
