As voting nears its end, AAP and BJP both claim victory

With only one hour to go and a voter turn out of 63 per cent, the BJP and the AAP are both claiming victory in the Delhi assembly elections. Celebrations have already begun outside the respective party offices, with each claiming to have won the elections.

However, the true result will only be announced on Tuesday.
