Why President Mukherjee will NOT vote during Delhi polls

While on the Delhi polls, President Pranab Mukherjee will abstain from voting in the polls as he is a registered voter in Kolkata. The Rashtrapati Bhavan spokesperson said that the President did not get the voter card transferred to the Delhi address.
