The Russian in Sushma Swaraj's room

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj today met her Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Delhi ahead of the Russia, India, China Foreign Ministers meeting scheduled for later in the day. Lavrov drove straight from the airport to attend the meeting which was also attended by newly appointed Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar.
