Narendra Tandon, a Bharatiya Janata Party state executive member and Kiran Bedi's campaign in-charge, has quit the party five days ahead of the polls. In a letter to the BJP party president, Amit Shah, Tandon wrote, "I could not tolerate the way she gave dictation to us (BJP workers). Her (Kiran Bedi) aides used to insult me on every issue."

The BJP minister said in his resignation that he cannot bear the 'constant dictation by Bedi'. He said he quit because of Bedi's dictatorial attitude.
