AIADMK elects Jayalalithaa party general secretary for 7th time

Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa at AIADMK's general council meeting being held in Chennai. Her party elected her as general secretary for the 7th time. 14 resolutions have been passed during AIADMK's general council meeting. The party wants the Central Govt to immediately consider TN CM's request on bringing in an ordinance to allow 'Jallikattu'.
