Tit for tat AAP will file criminal case against Jaitley

Delhi Assembly to hold special session tomorrow over the DDCA case. AAP's Sanjay Singh says the party will also file a criminal case against Arun Jaitley. The Delhi Cabinet today approved the setting up of a one-member commission of inquiry under former Solicitor General Gopal Subramanium to probe alleged irregularities in capital's cricket body DDCA.

The Cabinet also decided to call a special session of Delhi Assembly tomorrow to discuss alleged irregularities in Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) and the last week's CBI raid at the Delhi Secretariat.
