Bharatiya Janata Party leader Kriti Azad, who has been going against the party line in highlighting the alleged corruption in the Delhi and District Cricket Association during Arun Jaitley's tenure as the cricket body's chief, told a TV channel on Monday that possibly the finance minister was not aware of the fraud taking place under him in the DDCA.

Azad, who demanded an SIT probe into the alleged irregularities, said that maybe didn't know about the massive corruption in the DDCA during his 13-year rule.

However, he also said that he is 'feeling sad that defamation case was not filed against him'.
