After being questioned for nine hours on Wednesday, Rajendra Kumar, principal secretary to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, was grilled again on Thursday. As the CBI tries to unearth a seven-year-long scam, Kumar has been quizzed for nearly 22 hours in the past two days. After two days of intensive questioning, the CBI is yet to establish a quid pro quo, saying that Kumar had favoured a private firm, whose owners had worked with Kumar at some point of time.
