Geneva on maximum alert as hunt for suspects underway

Security officials in Geneva have raised the security level to maximum as they have launched a manhunt for suspects in connection with the Paris attacks on 13 November.

According to The Guardian, policemen armed with submachine guns were posted at important landmarks such as the United Nations institutions as well as the airport and the train station.Following a tip-off from the US intelligence, a picture of four bearded men suspected of being members of the Islamic State has been circulated among the local police.
