West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal are scheduled to meet this afternoon. Interestingly, the venue is the Central Hall of Parliament.

TMC MPs Will welcome their boss in the house. Being a former MP, Mamata gets a special entry pass to the house, but Kejriwal being an MLA cannot enter Central Hall.

So, how do they meet?

There's a loophole. A sitting MP of the Lok Sabha can give a certificate to the parliament security so that the Delhi CM can enter through gate number one.

Kejriwal, ostensibly has been keeping 2019 in mind, which is when the next Lok Sabha elections will take place. Reports say he has been eyeing the PM's post and has begun cultivating smaller parties to familiarise himself with their policies and programmes. In any case, the presence of both the leaders in Central Hall will be a mega treat for news hounds.

In August, there was an attempt to form a non-Congress, non-Bharatiya Janata Party front at the national level. The Trinamool Congress chief, Janata Dal-Uniteds Sharad Yadav, Samajwadi Partys Ramgopal Yadav and Aam Aadmi Partys Arvind Kejriwal met at Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawars residence.
