AAP: working out details on fines etc. more clarity on December 10. Everything will be made clear before December 25.

In fact, the Delhi government last week had suggested that odd-numbered cars will be allowed to ply on Monday, Wednesday and Friday while even-numbered vehicles will run on the other days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. But that has been changed for odd dates-odd numbered vehicles, even dates-even numbered vehicles.

Delhi Home Minister Satyendra Jain had confirmed earlier that the government will only allow emergency vehicles like PCR van, fire tenders, ambulances on the roads of the national capital. Jain, who is also PWD and Health minister, said there is a need to take strict measures to clean the city's toxic air and even-odd formula will also be applicable on all ministers and bureaucrats in the national capital region.
