8-year old becomes India's youngest marathon runner

Shashank Batham,8, became India's youngest marathon runner to have completed 11 km in 59 minutes in a'Run Bhopal Run' event on Sunday.

While many other elder participants left mid-way, the young boy was determined to win the race. Batham completed the race without a single break and turned Budhia Singh who was India's youngest marathon runner.
