Delhi roads will be vacuum cleaned from April 1 to curb dust pollution

-- Dusty patches on sides of roads will be greened.

-- Period of alternate day car use being decided but will likely be for 2-3 weeks for starters.
-- Govt to move petition to close the Dadri coal plant.
-- Euro 6 vehicles will be made OBLIGATORY from 2017.
