Chennai Airport to resume partial operations tomorrow

The airport in Chennai will start limited operations from Chennai airport from tomorrow. "To clear the stranded aircraft at Chennai Airport, AAI is going to start limited operations from Chennai Airport during the day," a statement read. Flooding caused by the heaviest rainfall to lash Chennai in a century is likely to have caused damage worth Rs.15,000 crore, according to industry lobby group Assocham.
