Khattar's 2nd day in Parliament today

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar spent an hour in the Central Hall of Parliament before he met Prime Minister Modi. It's convention that CMs meeting the PM are asked to spend time inside Central Hall by MPS from his state. Khattar was also seen with Akali Dal and Samajwadi Party MPs. Khattar recollected that it was his second visit to Central Hall today -- the first on the day Narendra Modi got elected as Leader of the BJP Parliamentary Party.
