Pakistan does not call off NSA talks, puts ball in India's court

There maybe uncertainty over NSA-level talks tomorrow, however, Pakistan's Sartaz Aziz said at the press conference that the meeting between military officers of India, Pakistan will take place in September as scheduled.

Pakistan has now put the ball in India's court with Aziz confirming that he will be heading to New Delhi tomorrow. "Since PM Modi has come to power they want dialogue on their terms and conditions without Kashmir which is not possible for us," said Aziz.

India with clarify its stance at a 4 pm this evening in a press conference to be held by External Affair Minister Sushma Swaraj.
