The PDP govt in Jammu and Kashmir says it will not arrest the Hurriyat leaders in Srinagar, which means they may be detained when they head to New Delhi.

According to reports, yesterday, it was the Peoples Democratic Party MP Mehbooba Mufti who forced the release of Hurriyat leaders including Mirwaiz Umer Farooq, Yasin Malik and Shabir Shah who were put under house arrest ahead of their proposed meeting with Pakistan's National Security Advisor Sartaj Aziz in Delhi on Sunday. According to reports Mehbooba Mufti was upset over the timing of arrests.
