VK Singh on NSA level talks with Pakistan

Minister of Development of North-Eastern region, VK Singh, holds forth on NSA level talks between India and Pakistan.

"India expects Pakistan to abide by its agreement that it will not to allow its territory to promote terrorist activity against India. The Indian govt is committed to resolve all issues with Pakistan withing the Agra framework and the Lahore declaration. A meaningful dialogue is necessary and requires an environment free from violence and terror.
