Sources say Rahul finds it difficult to take on the collective might of the Opposition when he enters 'dangerous territory' by making personal remarks against PM Narendra Modi. Rahul made a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi today in Parliament, when he said, "The PM is visiting India, let him also visit Punjab and see the situation for himself."
