Desperate Nepal police dig with bare hands as chances of survivors dim

India sends another batch of relief equipment to Nepal. India has already dispatched 10 NDRF teams to the quake-hit country. At least 1900 Indians have been rescued so far. Nepal police tell the media that they lack rescue equipment, which means they have been digging with bare hands. They say they don't even have shovels. Narrow lanes in Bhaktapur have also made it difficult for JCB cranes to gain access to the collapsed houses.
