7.5 scale Nepal quake triggers major tremors in North India

The tremors could be linked to the 7.5 magnitude quake reported by the United States Geological Survey 35 kilometers east of Lamjung, Nepal.

Reports of tremors have been coming in many parts of northern India.

News agency PTI reported that in Delhi and NCR region tremors were felt for a minute at 11.44 am.

Tremors have reportedly been felt in Delhi, Patna, Ranchi and Lucknow.
