Rahul Gandhi has put in a notice in Parliament for a discussion today on the raging topic of net neutrality.

The Congress vice president has sought the suspension of the question hour to take up an issue that has united political parties across the spectrum and is being widely debated - net neutrality, or the principle that Internet service providers should treat all traffic on their networks equally and allow users to access all websites at the same speed and cost.

This will be Rahul Gandhi's second intervention in the Lok Sabha from the opposition benches, in just two days.
