Rahul's first address in Parliament from Opposition benches shortly

Rahul Gandhi to address Lok Sabha shortly on the Land Bill. This will be the Congress vice-president's first speech in Parliament after the May Lok Sabha elections. Which means it will be his first speech ever from the Opposition benches.

Rahul, one of the 44 Congress MPs in the lower house, was conspicuously absent in the first part of the crucial Budget session.
